The client is a UK-based automotive service centre known for reliable workmanship and strong customer service. Despite this reputation, its online presence did not reflect the quality of its offering. Competitors, including national chains and newer local providers, were consistently appearing above the centre in search results for key services such as MOT, servicing and repairs.
